Fleet Management Systems

We hold the domain expertise in Fleet Management and we developed a solution for streamlining the entire process of Fleet Management for one of our Customers.

Three Apps were developed – one Mobile App for Truck Drivers, one Mobile App for Truck Owners and one Web Application/Admin for Truck Owners or anybody, who acts on behalf of Truck Owners. The Truck Owners and Truck Drivers can provide certain data through the App. The admin can view and manage the data and also add users (Truck Drivers and Truck Owners) into the Web Application or Admin.

The following key features were provided in this application:

    1. The truck drivers can login to their Mobile App.
    2. The truck drivers can update data such as distance travelled by the truck as per odometer, expenses such as fuel expenses, tolls, etc. incurred during their trips.
    3. The truck owners can login to their Mobile App.
    4. The truck owners can view reports regarding the truck such as usage of tyres, change of tyres, insurance coverage, and number of kilometers the truck has travelled, truck drivers’ information, and so on.
    5. The truck owners can view the expenses incurred for the truck and its trip, such as fuel expenses, tolls, etc.
    6. The Admin can login to the Web App.
    7. The truck owners can update the data regarding the truck such as usage of tyres, change of tyres, insurance coverage, and number of kilometers the
      truck has travelled, and so on. The truck owners can also upload and manage the data of truck drivers.
    8. The admin can view and manage the trips of the trucks.
    9. The Admin can view and manage the usage and change of tyres for the trucks.
